Don't trust just anyone to care for your fuel system. Your injectors will be cleaned and recalibrated to factory specs by a Yamaha or Suzuki Factory Certified Tech using a machine specifically designed for the harsh and demanding needs of saltwater marine applications. The pressures needed to properly pulse a marine injector is more than 10 times what's needed for an automotive injector.
Your fuel system should be serviced every 500 hours, or whenever contaminated fuel is found. This includes changing your Vapor Separator Tank filter and fuel Injector Cleaning & Recalibration. Any trace amount of water in your fuel, or using ethanol enhanced fuel can leave behind residue in your injectors. Especially when sitting for an extended period of time. This residue leads to a decline in reliability, performance, fuel economy and an increase in emissions.
our expert Factory Certified Technicians are trained to extract the best possible results from each injector we service. Our equipment was specifically designed for the demands of the marine fuel injector. While automotive injectors use 10-20lbs of fuel pressure, certain Yamaha and Mercury injectors require up to 1400lbs of fuel pressure at the rail.
Trust the experts at Collier Marine to get your fuel system back to factory specs!
